Workspace privacy
Information in your workspace
When you create an account, we store your name, email address, a password hash and a hashed recovery code. We store project briefs you save, your workspace membership and subscription status. Enterprise activity history records workspace changes so members can coordinate their work.
Payments
Stripe processes payment information. The Sinter workspace stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and billing status. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and are not stored by this website.
Team visibility
Project briefs belong to a workspace. Members of an Enterprise workspace can view and edit shared briefs. Workspace owners manage membership and can remove access. Team members can see relevant activity history.
Cookies and hosting
The workspace uses an essential, secure session cookie to keep you signed in. Account and project records are stored on the website's server. We do not add advertising trackers to the workspace.
Your account and records
You can edit and delete project briefs in the workspace while your plan is active. Full Access and Enterprise include project exports. To request account deletion, a copy of your records or help after a subscription ends, contact hello@sinter.ac. Billing records held by Stripe may be subject to separate retention requirements.
