Workspace subscription terms
Your Sinter workspace
Workspace subscriptions provide access to project-planning software at sinter.ac. Basic is US$18 per month, Basic+ is US$40 per month, Full Access is US$400 per month, and Enterprise is US$1,000 per month. Each plan's project and member limits are listed on the pricing page.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Stripe handles payment details and billing. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Use Manage billing in your workspace to view invoices, update payment details or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access can be suspended if payment fails.
What is included
The subscription covers the planning tools listed for your plan. Physical parts, tooling, shipping, manufacturing orders, CAD review and factory services are not included. Material references and interactive examples are planning aids, not engineering approval or production guarantees. Request manufacturing work separately through the contact or quote form.
Accounts and teams
Keep your password, recovery code and team invitation links private. Enterprise workspace owners control invitations, billing and team access. Invited members can collaborate on shared project briefs. Do not upload information you do not have permission to share with your team.
